Open Water Swimming Introduction Course
This course is designed for those of you who are new to Open Water Swimming and covers all the basic information to enable to feel more comfortable in the water and get more from your swimming.
The course is limited to 8 swimmers per coach and covers the following areas:
- What to expect
- Entering the water
- Acclimatising to cold/cool water
- Breathing techniques
- Basic open water skills
- Sighting (how to swim in a straight line)
- Swimming in groups
- Water safety
