Whether you are new to open water swimming and need some guidance to get you started, or you have experience, but are looking to improve your technique. Our open water swim coaching can help you achieve your goals.
Introduction to Open Water Swimming – Group Course: £39.00
This course is designed for those of you who are new to Open Water Swimming and covers all the basic information to enable to feel more comfortable in the water and get more from your swimming.
The course is limited to 8 swimmers per coach ratio and covers the following areas:
- Water safety
- What to expect
- Entering the water
- Acclimatising to cold/cool water
- Breathing techniques
- Basic open water skills
- Sighting (how to swim in a straight line)
- Swimming in groups
Intermediate Open Water Swimming skills: £39.00
This course has been designed for people who are looking to enhance or improve on their Open Water Swimming skills. Typically you will be have either have attended an Introduction Course or perhaps in you are comfortable in the water and want to improve on one of the core skills such as sighting (how to swim in a straight line).
The course is limited to 8 swimmers per coach and will cover the following areas:
- Stroke technique
- Mass starts
- Turning/ navigation
- Pacing/ race tactics
60 Minutes with a Qualified Coach 1:1 Session £60
A 60-minute session with one of our qualified coaches tailored to your requirements
1:1 coaching is available to all levels of swimmer where each session is different and structured around the requirements of the participant.
On booking we will get in contact to assess your requirements and partner you up with the most relevant coach.
Whether you are a nervous first-timer, looking to improve basic skills or want to enhance your technique, an hour of 1:1 coaching will provide real value to any level of swimmer.
